Hershey's Happiness contest!

Take a photo that captures the phrase "How does HERSHEY'S make you happy?" Photos will be based on the following criteria:

- Denotes Hershey's Happiness 35%
(Does the photo clearly show how Hershey's makes the people in the photo happy?)
-Emotional Impact 25%
(Does the photo bring about a tangible emotion from the viewer? Is it funny? Happy?)
-Creativity 25%
(Does the photographer show some creative thought or original idea in the making of this image?)
-Overall Composition 15%
(Are the objects in the photo arranged in a meaningful, pleasing manner or are they cluttered? Did the photographer use the best angle or otherwise interesting perspective?)

There will be 4 biweekly winners prior to the Grand Prize. Biweekly winners of the Contests will get their winning photos featured in major newspapers and magazines and they get to pick a Hershey's Happiness of their choice:

I. Chocolate Madness - Treat yourself and some of your friends to a chocolate buffet. After, reward yourself to a luxurious chocolate massage. To top it all off, comeh ome to a big box full of Hershey's chocolate.
II. Shopping Frenzy - Shop yourself silly with your choice of the following:

a. Fully Booked Book & Music Craze - P20,000 worth of the best movies, music and books.
b. Abenson Tech Craze - Be the envy of your friends and get a P20,000 Gift Certificate to buy the latest gadgets at Abenson.
c. Fashion Frenzy - Dress yourself any way you want with a P20,000 Gift Certificate at the store of your choice.
d. Toby's Sports Craze - Spend P20,000 at Toby's and get the latest sports equipment.

III. Cebu-Pacific Domestic Fun Tour Packages - Have a fantastic vacation around the city with some of your friends!
IV. Donate to your favorite charity - Get P10,000 cash and we'll donate P10,000 to your favorite charity.

Acceptance of entries starts on August 15, 2005. Cut-off of entries for each judging is 3 days before the date of each judging, 12 noon.
Sept 14 - 1st Contest (cut-off: Sept. 11)
Sept 28 - 2nd Contest (cut-off: Sept 25)
Oct 12 - 3rd Contest (cut-off:Oct 9)
Oct 26 - 4th Contest (cut-off: Oct 23)
You can send multiple entries but you may win only once in the biweekly draws. Non-winning entries are eligible for succeeding draws.

Winners of biweekly contests are eligible for the Grand Prize and the People's Choice Award.

I'm so itching to join! Haha, yup, I'm after the Fully Booked Book & Music Craze thing. P20,000 of books and music. Waaah. I absolutely have no skillz in this. Una dapat bumili ng Hershey bar, sunod dapat picturan. Tingin ko pa lang sa criteria, parang wala na talagang pag-asa. There could be a slim chance but I bet the odds are against me. Hay. Oh well. Maybe you can try, Ate Fay. You're luckier than I am at these things.

I also saw the PLDT mydsl ad, the one with Patricia Evangelista. Ah. So that's her. I didn't even know it was her until I saw the name below. Erm... she reminds me of a... well, something. But it wouldn't be polite to say.
Teehee. Sorry, no offense intended. I just have a tendency to criticize the strangers around me silently when I'm bored. Just random phrases in my head that go "Looks like a carabao, that one" or "Hm, reminds me of a goblin..." When I'm with my sisters, we usually end up gossiping about people just to pass the time. Haha, lalo na nung nasa Popeye's kami nun habang hinihintay si Dad. It's just interesting to watch people, heehee. *feigns innocence* I try to avoid it though, cause most likely it'll come back and bite me in the ass when I'm not looking.

There was also this photo of staggering cuteness: day-old babies, sleeping with earphones on, which were as large as their face. It was part of a music therapy thing in some country. Didn't bother reading the caption well enough to know the details. But they were so... ADORABLE. I wanted to go and huggle them to bits.

*gasp* Just heard how Autumn Leaves is supposed to go. *faints* Ayoko na!!! Atras na ko, hmph! Ang hirap pala! O_o The future looks bleak...
