Boo-hoo
Projects! GAH! Somebody PLEASE keep me sane!!!
The week looks glum. Quarterly Tests are looming on the horizon. The only upside to this is I can chuck everything out the window once it's done. Argh, I'm torn between laziness and impatience. Just get it over and done with, over and done with, over and done with...
I was able to watch Neil Gaiman on Hanging Out on MTV. Wanted to glomp him. Hooray. He's so nice, though he looked as if he REALLY lacked sleep. Poor him.
Huwebes at Biyernes: ang mga pinakajologs-filled na araw ever. We got three newsletters last Thursday. One was called "Science Club" (Ooooh, the Science Club *insert dorky smile here* Haha, hi Za!). And then after that, we got this thing called "TG & Y: The Gospel and You" Oh wow! Whooohoo! Yes, we're such enthusiastic people, I know. (Hear my sarcasm...) And just when we thought it couldn't get worse, there was a SECOND issue of the thing! Eeep.
The next day we watched Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen for THE. Eto na ata ang pinaka-corny, pinaka-jologs, pinaka-mababaw at pinaka- walang sense na movie na napanood ko sa aking buong buhay.
For Debate, we went over the powerpoint of the seminar, but this time more slowly. It was pretty long, and by the middle, I wasn't up for much more. We were allowed a break, which was spent telling bits of ghost stories. Napakagaling. >.< Andun pa naman kami sa AVR na madilim. They were telling us about this spirit that was so attached to the school, it pretends to be one of the students. And they say it occupies the AVR area (where we were!) and the Fourth Year classrooms, which were near each other. Anyway, we went on with the review before we got carried away with the ghost stories. And that was when it happened.
I could see our moderator counting us silently, frowning, and then counting again. She whispered something to our Assistant Overhead (who was beside her), and then they both began to count. At that point we could take it no longer. We had to ask what was going on. And then she said "18 kayo kanina a..." Our Assistant OH had to support it with "Onga e, ganun din pagkabilang ko..."
"Pero... ba't 17 na lang kayo?"
Dun dun dun.
