One hell week down, a million more to go...
Quotable quotes for the week:
"Guddupterrnown."
Yeah, good afternoon too.
Today is Friday. THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY! Only thing though, if there weren't any Fridays, then I suppose there would be one school day less... but anyway...
"An eye for an eye, a toot for a thoot!"
Nope, that's not a typo. It's sounds hilarious when you hear someone say it like that.
"The world is a vampire, cause it sucks."
I agree.
"MALIIIIIII!!!!!"
And that's what we say when we cram. We, the members of group 4, have finished our board game on India's caste system in less than three days, with six mistakes on the board, tired fingers, several lost things, a place that looks like a trash bin and still enough energy to make everything look decent. YEAH! Here's one thing I learned though: Kahit ka-grupo mo ang Anak ni Rizal na si Nika, mas malakas parin ang Cramming kaysa sa powers niya, o sa powers naming pinagsama-sama. We barely made it through. It was a miracle we managed to salvage the thing.
And because we were cramming (I can't actually call it that; WE'RE ALL BUSY, DAMMIT! Wala kaming oras!!), we just grabbed whatever resources we chanced upon. Anyway, back to the newspapers. MELINDA, I LUFF YOU!
But seriously though... I think the fact that we challenged the leading section in the whole of highschool (I-4) spurred everybody else (aka all the other batches and sections in highschool) to do what we were doing. Ts, nakakainis. Kami nauna sa door-to-door strategy. Argh... but anyway, sana manalo kami. We've been working so hard for this. Magwawala kami pag hinde...
Lord, kayo na ang bahala.
